AgAmerica seeks an Administrative Assistant to organize the daily operations of the Revenue Team. This person will work closely with the EVP’s Executive Assistant and will be involved in coordinating the business and personal tasks of the Director of Revenue Operations. The Director of Revenue Operations manages the operational efficiencies for all revenue generating departments while liaising with the multiple teams across the organization, all of whom work together to keep growing the business. Due to interacting with all facets of the company, the ideal candidate should exhibit clear and succinct communication skills along with a degree of professionalism. This position offers a unique opportunity to maintain a steady daily schedule with the addition of one-off tasks and projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage calendars based on knowledge of company priorities to protect and maximize executive’s time
- Schedule meetings and follow ups, and manage the key contacts effectively.
- Schedule personal appointments and run personal errands as necessary.
- Order and restock items as needed.
- Provide daily agendas and maintain meeting minutes.
- Book travel as needed.
- Assist with KPI reporting and data entry.
- Assemble “Welcome Packages” for New Clients.
- Keep office, including digital documents and folders, organized.
- Liaise with executive family members on personal matters, as necessary.
- Available after hours or during executive travel (minimal).
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent organization skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, with the ability to keep time commitments and deadlines top of mind for executive
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Interested in a long-term professional relationship with AgAmerica leadership
