Business Analyst

AgAmerica is seeking a Business Analyst to add strategic value to the CEO Office. The CEO Office oversees Corporate Communication, HR, Investor Relations, and all company strategic efforts and management. The Business Analyst will report directly to the Chief of Staff. The role of the Business Analyst is to understand the company in-depth, provide well-constructed findings and suggestions. Additionally, the Business Analyst will be responsible for owning KPI management, including focusing on the most impactful KPI monitoring. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for new business opportunity research.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively research new business opportunities and provide business proposals
• Provide data, statistics, and talking points for high impact meetings and communications
processes
• Conduct research to guide content for speeches, media interviews, and internal content
• Develop and analyze company KPIs; outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
• Streamline and improve internal and external reporting methods
• Provide company insights that help the decision-making process
• Provide accurate and impactful data for internal and external high-impact meetings
• All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree: Business finance, accounting, or economics
• Experience working with senior decision makers
• Ability to collaborate across departments
• High level project and time management abilities
• Driven with a strong work ethic and a team focus
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
