Client Services Coordinator
The Client Services Coordinator will serve as a key member of the Client Services team who will provide support to all AgAmericans and borrowers alike. This person will be responsible for assisting with various post-close servicing tasks on the entire lending portfolio at AgAmerica. The Client Services Coordinator will have strong communication and organizational skills and will handle various servicing and modification transactions that require high attention to detail and coordination. They must be able to effectively communicate with internal teams and farmers as needed while providing top-notch customer service. They are expected to be a self-starter and a highly motivated problem solver that is comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and will work with all departments to be able to efficiently strategize to accommodate the needs of AgAmerica’s clients. Location: Lakeland, FL or Charlotte, NC

Reports to: Director of Client Services
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and organize outstanding items for servicing actions, including tracking the status of documentation, insurance and tax information as needed
- Responsible for generating notices utilizing a mail merge and processing the distribution
- Compile and maintain up-to-date and detailed information in the CRM database
- Utilize databases, software and tracking tools with accuracy
- Build and maintain relations with cross-functional teams to support work on special project as needed
- Recognize opportunities to provide exceptional customer service
- Develop a strong knowledge base of AgAmerica lending products and procedures
- Provide assistance to the Client Services team and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, agriculture or related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Salesforce
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients and internal team members

Travel and Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
