The Commercial Post-Closing Coordinator will report to the Real Estate Attorney and will work closely with the Closing and Servicing teams to ensure all Closing documents are received and accounted for. The successful candidate must be extremely organized with excellent attention to detail and an ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to changing priorities within the department and the Company.

Job Responsibilities
- Receive and review all loan documentation after the loan closing for accuracy and compliance; including, but not limited to: new loan documentation, trailing documents, modifications, and loan payoffs after the loan closing for accuracy and compliance
- Review final title policies
- Handle missing information claims and corrections requested from third parties
- File and distribute loan documents according to proper policy and procedure
- Track and enter UCC Financial Statements in FICS
- Communicate with and support other internal departments
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in commercial lending or title insurance environment
- Understanding of financial statements and analysis
- Understanding of loan modifications
