Commercial Post Closing Coordinator
The Commercial Post-Closing Coordinator will be responsible for handling all aspects of the post-closing process associated with AgAmerica’s commercial loan portfolio. This person will be responsible for tracking receipt of the final loan closing package, including notes, loan agreements, final title policies, and recording documents, while ensuring all documents are completed accurately and in accordance with company policy. In addition, the Commercial Post-Closing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all documents are properly filed and delivered to AgAmerica’s collateral custodian in a timely manner. To be considered for the position, the candidate will need a minimum of an Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. The individual must possess strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external parties (counsel and title companies) to complete post-closing duties.
- Have firm understanding of requirements for all legal documentation associated with commercial real estate loan closings
- Review legal documentation associated with commercial real estate loan closings
- Accurately enter customer and loan information into loan tracking system
- Additional responsibilities and other projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in a commercial lending or title insurance environment preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Travel and Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Ability to work in dog-friendly office.
