Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer
AgAmerica seeks an Executive Assistant to assist the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) with his daily business and personal tasks. The CIO oversees investment transactions, management, and policies / guidelines. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CIO, as well as support the Investor Relations department as a whole. Since the candidate will collaborate directly with a senior executive, professionalism and discretion is required. The ideal candidate exhibits strong IQ and EQ with the ability to partner with the CIO on management responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage CIO calendar based on knowledge of company priorities to protect and maximize executive’s time
- Schedule meetings and follow ups, and manage the key contacts of the executive effectively
- Attend and take thorough notes or minutes at major meetings including operational committees
- Track and manage priorities of the executive and department
- Manage information flow to and from the executive
- Compile and organize department KPIs that roll up to the executive
- Assist in managing the Investor Relations CRM tool
- Upload quarterly documents and manage access to investor data room
- Provide white glove service to prospective and existing investors in all communications (scheduling calls, emails, and in-person meetings)
- Schedule personal appointments and run personal errands, as necessary
- Provide daily agendas and meeting preparation
- Book travel, with executive preferences, as needed
- Keep office, including digital documents and folders, organized
- Liaise with executive family members on personal matters, as necessary
- Available after hours or during executive travel (minimal)
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent organization skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to be in tune with executive preferences and needs
- Proactive, with the ability to keep time commitments and deadlines top of mind for executive
- Interested in a long-term professional relationship with AgAmerica leadership
