AgAmerica Lending is one of the largest, non-bank agricultural land lenders and loan servicers in the United States, offering a spectrum of loan programs that support long-term production and success for farmers, ranchers, and landowners. The Company’s Accounting arm is seeking an entry level accounting and finance professional to join the team as Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with monthly budget variance reports associated with multiple departments and preparing and publishing key performance indicators. This person will also be responsible for designing customized reporting in our ERP system (NetSuite) and help to automate monthly and quarterly reporting. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and must be comfortable working for a fast-paced, high-growth company with an eye toward improving processes and procedures to enable the company to continue to effectively scale at a rapid pace and improve processes and efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex excel based reporting models.
- Prepare monthly key performance indicators.
- Assist with preparing a broad array of financial and analytical reports for Leadership.
- Analyze trends in current and historical financial data and summarizes the trends for Leadership.
- Assist with the preparation of the Company’s annual budgets.
- Prepare monthly budget variance reports for revenues and costs.
- Design and maintain accounting reports using the Company’s NetSuite ERP system.
- Assist with preparation of audited financial statements.
- Monitor financial transactions on a proactive basis to enhance timely and meaningful monthly reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Detail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
