Guest Services Specialist

The Guest Services Specialist is vital to providing a positive, courteous, and professional first impression for potential clients and partners. Whether it be on the phone or in the office, the Guest Services Specialist’s goal is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Hire Date: ASAP
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: Salary negotiable based on experience, competitive benefits package, and bonus opportunity.

Reports to: Talent Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

FRONT DESK / RECEPTION

  • Greet visitors while following welcome procedures
  • Provide premier customer service to visitors and team members
  • Funnel resource requests for team needs as needed
  • Handle proper postage, security, and distribution of mail and packages

FACILITY / TEAM SERVICE

  • Prepare office for meetings as needed
  • Keep supplies stocked
  • Manage front of facility aesthetic, taking pride and ownership in the building, team, and environment
  • Ensure security of building entrance and deliverables
  • Uphold standards of cleanliness and organizational effectiveness for the team
  • Act as a team player
  • All other duties as assigned

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

  • Work with HR to plan monthly employee perks and treats
  • Place catering orders for employee trainings and meetings
  • Celebrate employee birthdays and work anniversaries

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience as Administrative Assistant or Secretary preferred, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required

Travel and Physical Requirements
