AgAmerica is seeking to hire a Product Intake Coordinator who can provide product solution assistance for our AgAmerica users. This individual will triage all aspects of the information systems unit, including operating systems, applications, and networks. This individual should be an effective communicator and problem solver in order to manage all tickets to completion.

The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to new situations, work with a wide variety of departments and people, learn new systems quickly, and demonstrate extreme ownership.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage support requests coming through our ticketing application
  • Provide end users guidance so they can better understand their systems
  • Triage enhancement requests and align business stakeholders and IT through project requirements
  • Perform discovery of business needs for difference systems like Salesforce, DocuSign, Pardot, Document Generation, Yardi, etc
  • Perform admin functions to ensure meeting agendas are kept up to date and all necessary information has been organized
  • Gain a wide knowledge for our various systems and work with SME(subject matter experts) to understand the business needs
  • Send follow up communication to users to recap action items and close the ticket life cycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience in information system organization, maintenance documentation, office automation/productivity applications specification
  • Superior communication and collaborative skills are preferred
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
