Salesforce Administrator

AgAmerica is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will join the team responsible for maintaining our existing Salesforce instance and help create and maintain best practices moving forward. This individual will report to the Director of Applications and will work closely with AgAmerica’s Marketing, Production, Servicing, and Client Relations departments. Areas of focus will be production support, access management, data migrations, reporting, org maintenance, minor enhancements, and release management.  The position will work with our PMO and off shore development teams to support application changes for business team users.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve on the team as a System Administrator for the environment with 100+ users.
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user access management, reports and dashboards, org maintenance and other routine tasks.
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
• Manage data feeds and other integrations.
• Review proposed solutions with consideration for the user experience, data integrity and ongoing maintenance.
• Work with our PMO team to test and deliver enhancements using SDLC, including data migrations, testing, release management and training.
• Assist in training new users and grow the skill set across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Two or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration.
• Strong understanding of the Sales Cloud Lightning platform, with the ability to propose technical solutions, manage access, build reports, and impact analysis.
• A documented history driving user adoption.
• Strong data management abilities.
• Strong experience in SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certification
  • Pardot, DocuSign or Conga experience
  • Working knowledge of Process, Flows & Actions and other configurations of intermediate complexity.
