Trade Show Highlights

The Sunbelt Ag show is not solely about education. There is also a large trade show going on simultaneously. This trade show includes booths and displays from industry suppliers and dealers to highlight the products and services they offer to those in the ag industry. You can be sure that if it’s a new piece of farming technology, it’s going to be at the Moultrie Expo! In a recent interview with Growing America, Chip Blalock, the Sunbelt Ag Expo’s Executive Director, shared his insights on the 40th anniversary of “North America’s Premier Farm Show.”

“We’ve had about 1200 exhibitors for many years, and I can tell you each one of them is the best of the best,” Blalock says. “To be the premier farm show…it’s not about number of exhibitors but to have the best exhibits…relevant exhibits where farmers can see how a technology or piece of equipment fits into their operation and makes it better.”

Other Events Held at the Sunbelt Ag Expo

The Sunbelt Ag Expo is also a time for people from a variety of agriculture backgrounds to get together and share a good time. There are many entertainment options at the show, making it a fun time for attendees. From a golfing trip and an antique tractor parade to a formal banquet and a Lemonade and Leadership Social, the Sunbelt Ag Expo has an event for everyone’s interests.
