Carissa Willis is an Assistant Loan Servicing Coordinator at AgAmerica, joining the team in October 2020. Born and raised in Connecticut, Carissa moved to Georgia for her collegiate career where she earned her bachelor’s degree in office administration and technology along with her master’s degree in business administration and information technology from Valdosta State University.
While in graduate school, Carissa was a Marketing Coordinator for Solutions Unlimited, Inc., an information technology and services company. Realizing her strengths in organizational management and creating streamlined processes, she returned to her alma mater where she worked as an Administrative Assistant for two years before moving to Lakeland. There, she was offered the same position at Florida Southern University. In this role, she managed the system database, prepared invoices, and collaborated with the internal team to ensure information accuracy in the software system.
As an Assistant Loan Servicing Coordinator, Carissa utilizes her impressive educational experience coupled with her administrative professional background to deliver exceptional service to our clients. She values clear communication and efficiency when assisting with loan servicing requests and enjoys developing innovative processes to enhance the loan management experience for all stakeholders involved.
