Connor Kelly is the Junior Salesforce Administrator, joining AgAmerica in July 2020. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and marketing from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201).
Following his graduation, Connor completed a summer internship in Washington D.C. with the American Forest & Paper Association. As a Policy Research and Analysis intern, he conducted research of fish consumption rates, relative source contributions, and various water quality standards and regulations. He researched legislative policies and assisted in the analysis of sustainability goals within the industry.
In 2017, Connor began his professional career with RJ Lee Group—a materials characterization and industrial forensics consulting firm—as a Marketing and Communications Specialist. During this time, he familiarized himself with the Salesforce system through routine processes including onboarding users, page customization, securitization, and change set deployments. He also gained experience in software development by creating custom buttons to interact with third parties and further streamline business execution.
As a Junior Salesforce Administrator at AgAmerica, Connor provides day-to-day support, training, and resolutions to the internal team. He brings his knowledge of the Salesforce system into the development of reports, dashboard, and enhancements to create a more user-friendly experience and to empower others with the advancement of their own Salesforce skill sets.
