Craig Lickley joined the AgAmerica Lending team in May 2018 as Chief Revenue Officer.
Craig brings over 16 years of experience in agricultural lending, including institutional management. Most recently, he held the managing director position of a nationwide, multibillion dollar wholesale agricultural mortgage lender focused on farm real estate lending and agricultural mortgage backed securities. During his tenure, he led a 5-year span of double digit balance sheet growth.
Throughout his career, he has served on various committees, including credit committee, enterprise risk management committee, and senior management committee. Craig’s experience with managing a nationwide lending program and sitting on credit committee will serve him well as the Chief Revenue Officer at AgAmerica.
Craig holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho and an MBA from Marylhurst University in Oregon. Additionally, he studied international finance in Chambery, France, and attended the Western Ag Banking School at Washington State University. He also spent two years studying business management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he received a Certificate in Management and Leadership.
Craig was raised on his family’s cattle ranch in Southern Idaho. The ranch has been in his family for over 100 years and he credits that experience with sparking his passion for agriculture. He now lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife and two daughters.
