Garrett Conner is an Intake Coordinator at AgAmerica, joining the team in July 2020. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. degree in food and resource economics.
During his academic career, Garrett was an active member within the community and on campus. Prior to attending the University of Florida, he studied business administration and management at Florida Southern College and was involved in the collegiate baseball program there. Upon moving to Gainesville, Garrett taught basketball at a local church before officially becoming a Florida Gator and playing football for the University of Florida until graduation.
In addition to his athletic career, Garrett did an internship with Harrell’s LLC, a leading producer of quality custom blended fertilizers and plant protector distributor. It was here that he began to gain a deeper understanding of agriculture and build connections with colleagues who specialized in sales related to horticulture, specialty agriculture, golf courses, and sports turf.
As an Intake Coordinator for AgAmerica Lending, Garrett assists with the intake of loan inquiries and helps coordinate activities for our Inbound team. His educational background in agriculture combined with professional experience in sales is the motivating force behind his client-centered approach to better support American farmers and ranchers.
