Jen Goldfarb joined the AgAmerica team in September 2019 as Chief Compliance Officer. She is a risk management professional with over five years of experience in internal auditing. As a Senior Internal Auditor at Raymond James Financial, a Fortune 500 financial services company, Jen was responsible for performing audits over topics such as Corporate Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Model Risk Management, Data Privacy, Human Resources, and Marketing. Thereafter, she joined RSM US LLP, a public accounting firm, as a Senior Consulting Associate within their Risk Advisory Services practice. There, Jen specialized in community banking, leading internal audit and compliance projects for banks with assets of $500 million to $8 billion. Her auditable topics included the FDIC Improvement Act (FDICIA), Mortgage Operations, Human Resources and Payroll. With her experience in the financial services industry, she has extensive knowledge of key regulations and guidelines from regulatory bodies such as the SEC, FINRA, Federal Reserve, and OCC. Prior to her time in the risk management space, Jen worked on the retail side for Washington Mutual and SunTrust Bank for a total of eight years.
Jen graduated from Florida State University in 2013 with a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Accounting. During her free time, she enjoys challenging her inner strength with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. She is also an avid FSU football fan, even when the going gets tough.
