Nicole Chung is a Portfolio Servicing Coordinator at AgAmerica, joining the team in August 2020. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in family ministry from Southeastern University.
Nicole holds several certifications along with her degrees. She is certified in Community Development Financial Counseling from the National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA), an international trade and development organization that provides cross-sector support, economic opportunities, and resources for cooperatives to build a more inclusive economy. She also is certified in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System from GTE Financial, where she worked as a Student Relationship Officer in 2017 and later as a Student Relationship Supervisor in 2019.
In her role as a Portfolio Servicing Coordinator at AgAmerica, Nicole monitors financial covenants and maturity dates while communicating documentation needs with clients. She works closely with both the Client Relations and Servicing departments to address any modification requests as needed and ensure requests are processed in a timely and compliant manner with client approval. She enjoys gaining knowledge within the servicing request workflow in order to achieve optimal solutions for the clients we serve.
