The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on marketing automation and email marketing. This role will report to the Director, Marketing Operations to strategize and develop leading campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and customer retention.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Automation Platform Management

  • Manage and administer the company’s marketing automation platform Pardot to execute and optimize campaigns.
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing and CRM systems.
  • Manage lead scoring and nurturing processes to ensure leads are properly qualified.
  • Manage e-mail marketing programs and distribution lists, including growing our internal database list.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align automation strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide training and support to team members on using marketing automation tools effectively.

Campaign Development and Execution

  • Collaborate on the creation, implementation, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns.
  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
  • Digital channel management of content hubs and all supporting communication channels including social media platforms.
  • Ensure proper segmentation and targeting for personalized communication to different audience segments.

Lead Generation and Nurturing

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through automated campaigns, form submissions, and scoring models.
  • Implement lead nurturing programs to guide leads through the path-to-purchase sales funnel, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
  • Assist in development and evaluate usage of sales enablement tools for lead follow up.

Data Management and Analysis

  • Regularly clean and maintain marketing databases for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

Testing and Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing on various elements of campaigns to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation.
  • Monitor and enhance UX performance across the website.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • A minimum of 6-8+ years of experience with: Marketing Automation (Pardot/Marketing Cloud Preferred), Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager
  • Experience with tools such as Hotjar, Sprout Social, Spyfu, Zapier
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong business systems analysis and reporting skills
  • Superior communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
