Shelby Bass is the Communications Manager at AgAmerica, where she leads strategic communications, media relations, and content development initiatives that support the company’s mission to serve America’s farmers, ranchers, and rural landowners. Since joining AgAmerica in 2020, she has played an integral role in shaping the company’s voice across earned media, thought leadership, and brand messaging.
Shelby brings a unique blend of industry expertise and personal perspective to complex topics in agriculture, finance, and farm policy. In her role at AgAmerica, she oversees external communications initiatives for AgAmerica, including research reports, articles, and other premium resources. Her data-backed industry insights have been featured in leading publications, including Agri-Pulse, Wall Street Journal, and more.
Shelby is actively involved in her local agricultural community and a member of the Small Farmer Alliance and National Young Farmers Coalition. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with minors in Mass Communications and Public Administration, from the University of North Florida.
