The Intake Coordinator is an integral member of the Inbound Sales team, driving business development for AgAmerica. As a member of the Inbound team, you play an important role as the first point of contact representing a positive AgAmerica experience with a potential client. The Intake Coordinator will use relationship-based strategies to assess the needs of potential clients and provide financing solutions that help fill these needs.


To be considered for the position, this person will need to have extraordinary people skills that will allow them to proactively engage with potential clients, while positioning and promoting AgAmerica’s financial products. The person in this position will work with multiple departments and be able to effectively strategize to accommodate the needs of potential clients. This person will thrive in a high-growth company while embracing and driving change. This person will have the opportunity to grow sales skills, learn how to analyze financials, and manage a pipeline of potential clients.

Job Responsibilities


  • Promptly answer incoming calls and engage with potential clients to determine their needs
  • Provide outstanding service by addressing callers inquiries, concerns, and needs efficiently
  • Manage an active pipeline of potential clients who may qualify for AgAmerica products
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge base of AgAmerica products
  • Work closely with Production team members for training and conversion opportunities of potential clients
  • Collaborate with Marketing team members for lead generation campaigns and pipeline reporting
  • Accurately capture details in CRM and utilize sales tools to nurture and convert potential clients
  • Engage in proactive knowledge-sharing and training opportunities in the ag industry and farmer landscape

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agriculture, or related field
  • Experience working in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge or background in the agriculture industry
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with potential clients

Travel and Physical Requirements
