Georgia Farmer Consolidates Debt and Receives $800K RLOC
Southeast cotton and row crop farmers lower annual payments and secures a 10-year RLOC.
The Challenge
A Georgia-based family farms 1,600+ acres of wheat, oats, corn, cotton, sorghum, and peanuts. Part of their land is also devoted to pasture, timber, and pecans. Their beef cattle operation consists of hundreds of Limousin cows. These borrowers sought to consolidate three existing loans plus hoped to lower their payments.
The Solution
AgAmerica set them up with a 10-year draw revolving line of credit totaling $800,000, and saved them significantly in annual debt payments.
