Cindy Price, AgAmerica’s Closing Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Cindy plays a key role in closing loans by writing loan documents, working with attorneys and title companies, communicating with the borrower, handling conditions to close, and bringing the loan package to the closing table for a smooth closing.

Cassie Sanabria

Our Closing & Servicing Manager, Cassie Sanabria, shares that sentiment, adding her time at AgAmerica has “given her an appreciation for the ups and downs farmers face.” Cassie’s professional experience comes from the legal field where she compiled 20 years of expertise in real estate, compliance, and contracts. The expertise in compliance that Cassie brings to the team allows her “to service our clients, ensuring they are compliant with the terms of their loan agreements and that AgAmerica is reporting those results to the appropriate parties.”

Kateland Raney

Kateland Raney, Commercial Loan Servicing Coordinator at AgAmerica, brings over seven years of experience in lending and a lifetime of experience in the agricultural industry. Like the rest of the team, Kateland values the significant impact finances have on the ag industry and our nation’s farmers and ranchers. She looks forward to applying her ag expertise and lending knowledge to her role at AgAmerica, as well as creating long-term relationships with our clients.
