Agricultural Farm & Ranch Land Loans

These agricultural land loans are tailored for when it’s time to finance your farm, timberland, cattle ranch, or row crops. These types of loans can be taken out for planting, expanding an operation, or buying livestock. Our loans offer unique features like 7- to 25-year terms, 25-year amortization, a variety of payment plans, and the option of an accompanying revolving interest-only line of credit.

Rural Land and Home Loans

Some ag dreams might feature a hobby farm, an agritourism attraction, or a relaxing country estate. Rural land & home loans are offered to fulfill such dreams. The land must be zoned as ag or ag/residential, have at least 25 acres with a house, and cannot be part of a deed-restricted community. Even better, these land loans can be used for first or second homes.

Raw Land Loans

Looking for a chunk of vacant, undeveloped land to add infrastructure, residential development, or commercial properties? Raw land loans are available in all 50 states, feature competitive lending rates, and can be customized to the needs of our clients.

Bridge Land Loans

Though challenging financial times can happen to the best ag operations, bridge land loans can be there to help “bridge” the gap and get our clients the money they need as quickly as possible. These loans are asset-based— based on land or collateral—and can be used for a variety of reasons. From paying off loans to funding real estate projects to being able to answer the door when financial opportunity knocks, bridge land loans are an option outside the spheres of most other lenders.

AgAmerica Lending offers land loans to fit needs both big and small. We help agribusinesses cultivate their operations with our low-interest rates, long amortizations, and outstanding 10-year line of credit.
