The Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible for building long-term relationships with farmers, ranchers and landowners for AgAmerica Lending. This person will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, etc. from the current client base, answering questions and assisting as needed. The Client Relations Coordinator will have extraordinary people skills that will allow them to proactively help callers while promoting the AgAmerica brand.
The Data Scientist will be a member of the IT Team, report to the Chief Information Officer, and work with multiple business teams to maintain current systems and leverage enterprise data for reporting and data modeling.
The Commercial Loan Closer will be responsible for handling all aspects of the loan closing process, including preparation of promissory note, mortgage/deed, loan agreement, and any other ancillary documents necessary. This person will coordinate with title agents, attorneys, credit analysts, and sales staff to ensure loans are closed in a timely manner based on the approval parameters required.
The Appraisal Management Coordinator will report directly to the Chief Appraiser and will manage projects and research other appraisers to whom prospective bid delegation is appropriate. This individual will manage incoming emails and phone calls (approximately 20 emails/day). Additional responsibilities include initial review of completed appraisals to determine proper levels of hazard and flood insurance based on established policies. This person must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize effectively.
AgAmerica is seeking a Director of Portfolio Servicing to join our fast-paced growing team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing deals for existing loans by making recommendations, managing covenants, and assessing credit risk. This individual will initially report to the Chief Credit Officer and will work across the Portfolio, Servicing, and Client Relations departments within AgAmerica for effective communication between AgAmerica and its clients.
AgAmerica is seeking a Loan Production Coordinator with outstanding organizational skills to ensure that all information and documents surrounding deals are kept in order. The Loan Production Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Retail Lending and duties will include loan processing, assisting the Production and Credit teams, liaison between departments, updating data points in Salesforce, and other special projects as assigned. The Loan Production Coordinator should improve the loan processing process and implement organizational tactics that support business growth and enhance AgAmerica’s reputation. Individuals with administrative and/or assistant experience are encouraged to apply.
