FUND ANALYST

AgAmerica is looking for a Fund Analyst. This position will report to the Director of Fund Finance & Analytics. This individual will work closely with the Fund Accounting team and the Investor Relations team to ensure accuracy and reconciliation of accounts. This individual will also be responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and reviewing data to ensure effective financial operations. This individual must have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

LOAN SERVICING ACCOUNTANT

AgAmerica is looking for a Loan Servicing Accountant. This position will report to the Chief Accounting Officer. This individual will work closely with the Fund Accounting team and the Servicing team to ensure accuracy and reconciliation of accounts. This individual will also be responsible for carrying out daily accounting tasks included but not limited to the transfer of borrower payments, monthly accrual entries, and oversight of AgAmerica’s company credit cards. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

The Relationship Manager serves as a key member of the Inbound Production Team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for answering and calling 10-20 potential AgAmerica clients per day, assessing the need of the caller, answering initial questions about AgAmerica lending products and referring the client to a Deal Analyst, if applicable. This person will enjoy engaging with a variety of farmers, ranchers, and landowners across the country and enjoy working one-on-one with clients by identifying a need that AgAmerica can fulfill. This person will have extraordinary people skills that will allow them to proactively help callers while promoting the AgAmerica brand. AgAmerica is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining our existing salesforce instance by supporting break/fix initiatives as well as enhancement/feature requests using industry best practices moving forward. Areas of focus will be user management, integrations, lightning experience, customization, automation, security, data integrity, process and workflow improvement, dashboards, and creating reports. CONTENT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

The Content Development Coordinator will be responsible for composing content across Marketing and CEO Office departments. This position will handle the ideation and creation of compelling content for internal and external communications including, but not limited to website copy, white papers, blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and sales collateral. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights and detailed research to write value-added content. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor’s degree, and relevant work experience.
