Commercial Loan Closing Coordinator

The Commercial Loan Closing Coordinator will be responsible for handling all aspects of the loan closing process, including preparation of promissory note, mortgage/deed, loan agreement, and any other ancillary documents necessary. This person will coordinate with title agents, attorneys, credit underwriters, sales staff, and customers to ensure loans are closed in a timely manner based on the approval parameters required. To be considered for the position, the individual should have a minimum of 3-years’ experience in a commercial lending or title insurance environment and have a strong understanding of the commercial loan documentation process.

Commercial Loan Servicing Coordinator

The Commercial Loan Servicing Coordinator will be responsible for handling all aspects of the post-closing process and ongoing credit servicing associated with AgAmerica’s commercial loan portfolio. This person will be responsible for tracking receipt of final title policies, recording documents, and loan covenants. In addition, the Commercial Loan Servicing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting AgAmerica’s clients with servicing requests following loan closing, including partial release requests and requests for note modifications. To be considered for the position, the candidate will need a minimum of an Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience. The individual must possess strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and be capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In-House Attorney

The In-House Attorney will be responsible for supervising all functions associated with the closing and ongoing credit servicing of AgAmerica’s commercial loan portfolio. This person will supervise a staff of commercial loan closers and service personnel to ensure each commercial loan is closed in an efficient, timely, and legally compliant manner based on the approval parameters required. To be considered for this position, a candidate will need to be licensed in the State of Florida; have a strong understanding of the commercial loan origination process, including title insurance requirements; and have experience in drafting commercial loan agreements, promissory notes, and mortgages. Experience negotiating note purchases and participation agreements is preferred. The individual must have strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external partners.
