The Marketing Intern will support the daily operations of AgAmerica’s Marketing department by facilitating and executing tasks related to omni-channel advertising, internal communications and training, environmental scanning and competitor analysis, customer journey research and reporting, and metric tracking. To be considered for this position, the individual is expected to have a broad and well-developed understanding of modern marketing strategies and a desire to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
The Agricultural Loan Closer will be responsible for handling all aspects of the loan closing process, including preparation of promissory note, mortgage/deed, loan agreement, and any other ancillary documents necessary. This person will coordinate with title agents, attorneys, credit analysts, and sales staff to ensure loans are closed in a timely manner based on the approval parameters required. To be considered for this position, the individual should have prior experience in a commercial lending or commercial title insurance environment and have a strong understanding of the commercial loan documentation process.
AgAmerica Lending is one of the largest, non-bank agricultural land lenders and loan servicers in the United States, offering a spectrum of loan programs that support long-term production and success for farmers, ranchers, and landowners. The Loan Servicing Training & Support Specialist will work with Servicing Department Management to ensure Policies and Procedures are up to date and Servicing Department staff are appropriately trained to fulfill their job duties. This person’s primary duties will include streamlining existing documentation, documenting new policies & procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and training members of the Servicing Department on these guidelines. AgAmerica is a high growth company with an entrepreneurial spirit. The successful candidate must be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to changing priorities within the department and the Company.
AgAmerica is seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Coordinator with extensive paralegal experience and outstanding organizational skills to ensure that all loans are serviced with utmost attention to detail and customer service. The Commercial Loan Servicing Coordinator will report directly to the Chief Credit Officer; his or her primary duties will include coordination, preparation and review of commercial real estate loan legal documents. The Commercial Loan Documentation Manager will be an asset to the organization through precision and accuracy which will support business growth and enhance AgAmerica’s reputation.
As we strive to become a data-driven company, AgAmerica is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist, to develop, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns in Pardot. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, they will be responsible for utilizing data to optimize campaigns and achieve the sales goals set for the company.
