Commercial Loan Closing Coordinator

The Commercial Loan Closing Coordinator will be responsible for handling all aspects of the loan closing process, including preparation of promissory note, mortgage/deed, loan agreement, and any other ancillary documents necessary.  This person will coordinate with title agents, attorneys, credit underwriters, sales staff, and customers to ensure loans are closed in a timely manner based on the approval parameters required.  To be considered for the position, the individual should have a minimum of 3-years prior experience in a commercial lending or title insurance environment and have a strong understanding of the commercial loan documentation process.

Resource Manager

The Resource Manager supports various departments and manages multiple time sensitive requests and project expectations. This position will delegate internal team requests to respective vendors and/or internal parties. The Resource Manager will report to the Business Technology Manager and supervise the Office Administrator. This position helps create efficiencies in business operations and procedures.

Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Coordinator/Specialist will be responsible for performing digital marketing strategies and campaigns that increase lead generation and enhance brand awareness for AgAmerica nationally. Additionally, this person will be responsible for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention, as well as recognize and celebrate the farmer. Moreover, they will be managing the blog, SEO strategies, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation, as well as conduct ongoing measurement and optimization of digital marketing strategies to drive consumer demand and sales. They must be a highly-motivated, deadline-oriented problem solver that is comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
