AgAmerica is seeking a Director of Employee Engagement and Hiring to enhance and maintain the culture of a farmer-focused, driven, and fun culture of a growing organization of 100+ employees across the country. This person will report directly to the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer and will be charged with managing and enhancing the recruitment and hiring process, the onboarding and employee training processes, and employee engagement efforts. This person will also oversee the employee performance evaluations program for the company, using data analytics to provide insights that help drive improved employee performance and morale.
The Marketing Intern will support the daily operations of AgAmerica’s Marketing department by facilitating and executing tasks related to omni-channel advertising, internal communications and training, environmental scanning and competitor analysis, customer journey research and reporting, and metric tracking. To be considered for this position, the individual is expected to have a broad and well-developed understanding of modern marketing strategies and a desire to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
The Treasury Manager will report to the Chief Accounting Officer and will be responsible for cash management, cash reporting, and administration of bank accounts and online banking systems. Core responsibilities include oversight for all daily and monthly processes surrounding receipt and settlement of borrower payments in compliance with the Company’s loan servicing agreements.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. The Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer is charged with overseeing Marketing, the Project Management Office, Employee Engagement and Hiring, User Experience, and the AgAmerica Foundation. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer and their direct reports and will be expected to create and maintain organization of systems, provide high-level written and verbal communications, and execute on projects and deadlines. The Executive Assistant will be an essential asset to the company through professionalism and effective communication which will support business growth and enhance AgAmerica’s reputation.
The Agricultural Loan Closer will be responsible for handling all aspects of the loan closing process, including preparation of promissory note, mortgage/deed, loan agreement, and any other ancillary documents necessary. This person will coordinate with title agents, attorneys, credit analysts, and sales staff to ensure loans are closed in a timely manner based on the approval parameters required. To be considered for this position, the individual should have prior experience in a commercial lending or commercial title insurance environment and have a strong understanding of the commercial loan documentation process.
AgAmerica is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our fast-paced growing team. This individual will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of new system solutions including but not limited to gathering requirements, testing, training, and post deployment support. This individual will wear many hats and will be a key player in the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to work with the business to understand their needs and set priorities for development efforts that align with company goals. This individual will work with stakeholders to improve business outcomes and requires critical thinking, collaboration, and understanding of current and future projects within our fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for tracking and disseminating information, creating schedules for project deliverables, identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules, and preparing progress reports for management. This individual will report to the Business Systems Analyst and will work on the Project Management team by directing and monitoring the flow of deliverables and resources across all teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes. This position requires critical thinking, collaboration, and understanding of current and future projects within our fast-paced environment. AgAmerica is seeking a Project Manager to join our fast-paced growing team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and leading multiple projects across many lines of business for the company from ideation through completion. The right candidate will have a passion for complex projects and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to improve business outcomes. This position requires critical thinking, advanced organizational skills, the ability to understand the business, and evaluate current and future project needs within our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt to changing business needs and bring a solution-oriented mindset.
The Senior Manager for Creative will be responsible for the strategy, creative development, and performance of the AgAmerica Lending brand. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, innovative, and eager to tackle business challenges and creative opportunities. He or she will collaborate effectively across company departments to help develop content, media, creative and analytics, striving for integrated thinking and problem-solving solutions that inspire and create brand enthusiasm among our three main stakeholders (the Farmer, Investor, AgAmerican). He/She will lead a team of AgAmericans to create advertising campaigns, manage the AgAmerica Shop e-commerce platform, collaborate with the digital marketing team on lead generation projects, and strive to retain the AgAmerica brand as a revolutionary one.
AgAmerica Lending is one of the largest, non-bank agricultural land lenders and loan servicers in the United States, offering a spectrum of loan programs that support long-term production and success for farmers, ranchers, and landowners. The Loan Servicing Training & Support Specialist will work with Servicing Department Management to ensure Policies and Procedures are up to date and Servicing Department staff are appropriately trained to fulfill their job duties. This person’s primary duties will include streamlining existing documentation, documenting new policies & procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and training members of the Servicing Department on these guidelines. AgAmerica is a high growth company with an entrepreneurial spirit. The successful candidate must be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to changing priorities within the department and the Company.
