The Guest Services Specialist is vital to providing a positive, courteous, and professional first impression for office guests and outside vendors. This person must be warm and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills. This person must be content with idle time and completing repetitive tasks. The Guest Services Specialist’s goal is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
The Relationship Manager serves as a key member of the Inbound Production Team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for answering and calling 10-20 potential AgAmerica clients per day, assessing the need of the caller, answering initial questions about AgAmerica lending products and referring the client to a Deal Analyst, if applicable. This person will enjoy engaging with a variety of farmers, ranchers, and landowners across the country and enjoy working one-on-one with clients by identifying a need that AgAmerica can fulfill. This person will have extraordinary people skills that will allow them to proactively help callers while promoting the AgAmerica brand. This person will be able to turn a commonplace call into a memorable experience, create a genuine relationship, and provide unforgettable service.
The Loan Intake Specialist will create and organize client files as part of the loan intake process. This entry-level job requires attention to detail, basic knowledge of financial statements, strong organizational and interpersonal skills; candidates who also have relevant training may have better job prospects.
The Commercial Loan Servicing Coordinator will be responsible for handling certain aspects of the post-closing process and all aspects of ongoing loan servicing associated with AgAmerica’s commercial real estate loan portfolio. This person will be responsible for invoicing, payoff requests, covenant tracking, collateral maintenance, and loan data reporting.
We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join our West Coast team in Boise, Idaho. The selected candidate must demonstrate strong mathematical and analytical skills, and must be willing to operate with discretion towards sensitive financial information. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with servicing requests and portfolio management projects.
